Mrs Lin's Kitchen would like to announce our Extended Return Policy for the holidays! For orders placed from 10/21/17 until 12/23/17, customers will be able to request an RMA Number and return their merchandise until 1/22/18. Please be sure to let your gift receivers know to contact us before 1/22/18 or we will not be able to process the return. Also, please keep in mind that any orders placed after 12/24/17 will return back to our normal return policy of 30 Days.
Delivery Schedule for Christmas (Order by 2 PM PST)
Mrs. Lin’s Kitchen will be closed on 12/25 in observance of the Christmas Holiday. Mrs. Lin's Kitchen will also be closed on 1/1 in observance of the New Year. Customer service and shipping will not be available on those days but our online store is still open. Have a safe and happy holiday.
As long as the total package wt. is under 14 ounces, STANDARD ECONOMY SHIPPING will still make it in time for the holidays, order before 2 PM PST on December 20th!

For U.S. package shipments, Saturday delivery is available with FedEx First Overnight, FedEx Priority Overnight and FedEx 2Day for an additional charge of $16. If you need Saturday delivery please call 1-925-251-0168 and one of our customer representative will be happy to assist you.

To have guaranteed delivery before the holidays, we recommend upgrading your shipping to NEXT BUSINESS DAY, EXPRESS (2 BUSINESS DAYS) and Expedited (3 BUSINESS DAYS) service.*
*PLEASE NOTE that last couple of years ALL the mail carriers including FedEx, UPS and USPS, were swamped and many packages including 3-DAY, 2-DAY, and NEXT DAY were delayed in delivery so please shop early to avoid any problems.
