Made in Japan from fine ceramics, this sushi set features stunning bright green colors against a dark black stone like surface. The two rectangular plates have uneven wavy edges with a black matt and paper like texture that continues on the underside of the plate as well. This speckled black color gradually dissipates toward the center of the plate which has a more smooth and glossy texture and is a speckled and patchy bright green. Underneath, this smooth glossy green glaze displays cracks which makes the rectangular plates look crackled and shattered, making this sushi plate unique. The two square sauce dishes replicate this design, with wavy uneven edges and a black and speckled underside while the inside of the dish has the smooth and glossy glaze with crackles underneath in a pale yellow green transitioning to a more solid green in the center. To complete the set, two smooth natural wooden chopsticks with a twisted design at the top half accompany this sushi set.
