Despite thinking these were a bit gimmicky i bought them anyways because the price was right. I was definitely not let down at all when I used them recently though, being able to make onigiri without a mess is awesome! no needing to wet your hands or the mold, they really are non-stick, and super easy to clean. Figuring out at what point to add the filling ingredients took some minimal guesswork. Package says they've got about 100 uses in them, we'll see, for less than 5 bucks that's still a deal.

I like that these are non-stick. The rice truly doesn't stick on them for us. The rice comes out looking like a perfect Onigiri.
