Terrific for making and consuming poached eggs.

I've been collecting Black Alloy from Mrs. Lin's for a couple years now. This collection has some unique shapes and functions. Most notifiable is chawa Mushi cups. All it takes is a small piece of chicken, a shrimp, a mushroom and maybe a few leaves of cooked spinach, egg and dashi and you have a elegant savory custard that will make your mouth water. Simply steam in the cups with the lids on. It can be served hot or cold, and even with a hot broth drizzled on top. Beautiful presentation.
