Pristine, understated Asian sensibility is manifested in this handcrafted pair of chopsticks. Made via a process called "Wakasa-nuri," the wooden eating utensils are hand-carved with the unique tree-ring design. The grooves and impressions of its original design liven up the ordinary square-top-tapering-tip form. Their smooth finish stems from being dipped several times in lacquer. These wakasa lacquer chopsticks will endure multiple uses for a long time to come. A neutral brown shade and black tip make these chopsticks versatile with many table wares. Hand washing recommended. Chopsticks are individually wrapped in plastic. Made in Japan. (Discontinued)
