Made in Japan, this Japanese shallow bowl is the perfect size for enjoying an individual serving of pasta, stew, curry rice, or any other saucy meal.

Part of the Cherry Blossom collection, this ceramic Japanese shallow bowl has a stoneware look as a speckled brown decorates the outside of the bowl. A large thick brush stroke also decorates the center of the outside of the bowl which gradually fades away as it goes. While the rim is brown, the inside of the shallow serving bowl is a pale light hue with hints of jade as dark brown twigs and branches reach one end to another of the bowl. Glossy white cherry blossoms decorate these branches as they bloom.

With the rim raised high, this Japanese shallow bowl has three layers, which looks like a rippling effect moving its way upward. These layers also shape the bowl giving it an easier grip when lifting. The smooth texture of the bowl makes for easy clean up as this shallow bowl is also dishwasher safe. This dish is also microwave safe for your convenience.
