Detailed Description
Proper utensils are essential for preparing sushi that not only tastes good, but looks good as well. Each item in this set will assist you in achieving perfection every step of the way, as well as in enjoying the fruits of your labor. This set comes with one sushi plate, two saucers for soy sauce, two chopsticks, one nigiri (finger) sushi mold, one bamboo mat, one rice paddle, one sushi knife and a how-to sheet for the entire sushi-making process. Plates and saucers have a serene, ocean-blue glaze and are framed in a dark, granular matte-finish. You can find matching tableware in the Ocean Square and Round Series. Made in Japan.
