Bamboo is a fast-growing plant whose wood has many excellent properties, such as minimal moisture retention and a smooth texture. Chefs prefer bamboo products because they do not absorb or give off any odors. Plus, they are easy to clean. This board is made of 100 percent, organically-grown bamboo. It is hand-finished with top grade, natural, and food-safe wood oil. The cutting board comes shrink-wrapped and labeled. There is also a corner hole for hanging. Made in China.
