With the right mold, you can keep your sushi from being rumpled piles of rice and seaweed. This set of diminutive, plastic rice molds comes with three shapes-- pine, plum blossom, and bamboo--that will easily mold rice for sushi. Decorate the sushi with ingredients like meat or salmon eggs (ikura) in the spirit of the shapes. Just imagine how many ways and colors can fill each sushi blossom that you make.
