This is a must for anyone who loves ginger. I use this constantly instead of the metal grater. Not only is it pretty to look at it is FAR FAR FAR more efficient to use and manage. Besides being cute it's practical.

This grater is so easy to use and you don't waste any ginger. I poured hot water in the dish after I had grated the ginger. Works great. Easy to clean too.

If anyone has ever cut themselves on a grater, they know how agonizing the wound is to heal up. This grater may be tiny, but it works well and is super cute. It won't hurt your fingers in the sense that you will be bleeding from missing 2mm thick slab of skin of the tips of your fingers, but the little points are effective. After about a year of moderate-heavy use mine slipped out of the dish rack and broke. I'm on here to buy another :D

Very handy ginger grater, works well with garlic too!

I didn't even know such a little grater existed. I always use a grater and it's very difficult to use ... and easy to scrape your fingers. I would recommend this cute little greater to anyone who really loves the flavor of fresh ginger.
